Heat oven to 425. Sprinkle chicken with salt & pepper. Whisk eggs in shallow bowl; place panko in separate shallow bowl. Dip chicken in beaten egs and dredge in breadcrumbs; transfer to a greased baking sheet.
Bake 20-25 minutes. Spoon marinara over chicken. Sprinkle with parmesan. bake 5 minutes longer.
