     Low Cal Flatbread Pizza

1/2 cup salt free tomato sauce
1/4-1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
2-3 garlic cloves
2 whole wheat pitas
1 cup spinach- finely chopped
2 oz fresh mozarealla- thinly sliced into rounds

Heat oven to 400. Small bowl combine tomato sauce, red pepper flakes, and garlic.
Place pitas on baking sheet. Evenly divide sauce mixture. Sprinkle with spinach and cheese.
Bake for 8-10 minutes. Sprinkle with basil.
