2 tablespoons Amore tomato paste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon garlic paste (1 clove minced garlic)
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oregano
 
Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together and spread on both sides of steaks to be grilled-the longer, the better.
