     Balsamic Marinade for Portobello Mushrooms

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
6 large portobello mushrooms
 

Instructions
Whisk oil, vinegar, and garlic in small bowl. Clean the mushroom tops gently as well as the bottom side-don't let too much water get in the gills. Pour marinade over the mushrooms and grill.
