     Crock-Pot Million Dollar Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
5 lbs Russet Potatoes
1 cup (2 sticks) salted butter cut into cubes
1 carton 32oz Chicken Broth
1 package 8 oz Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Peel and cut potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Place into bottom of crock-pot. Dot the potatoes with 1 stick of cubed butter. Season with salt and pepper. Pour chicken Broth on top of potatoes.
Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours. Potatoes are ready when fork tender.
Carefully drain excess broth into a bowl. Use excess broth for gravy.
Place drained potatoes back on crock-pot. Add 1 stick of butter, cream cheese, milk and salt and pepper to taste. Mash the potatoes with a potatoes masher. Keep warm until ready to serve.
