Heat butter and olive oil until melted. Saute chicken on both
sides until golden brown. Add tomatoes, chilies, salt and
pepper to chicken and cover, reducing heat. Gently simmer
until chicken is cooked. Remove chicken and slice, arranging
it on a platter.
