Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease and flour a rimmed baking pan (11x17in).
In a saucepan, bring butter, cocoa and espresso (optional), and water to a slight boil. Cool.
Mix together Bailey's and eggs.
Combine with Cocoa mix.
In med.mixing bowl...Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
Pour cocoa mixture over dry ingredients and mix well.
Add Baileys and eggs. Stir until completely mixed.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 18-20 min.
Icing-
Melt Butter, Cocoa Powder, and Irish Cream in a medium saucepan on medium-high heat.
Bring to a boil. stirring.
Remove from heat and stir in Powdered Sugar.
Spread over Hot cake, cool and enjoy!
