Preheat oven to 375 F.
Whip eggs and cream of tarter until soft peaks are formed.
In a separate bowl, mix almond flour, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, and butter. Blend until well incorporated. Gently fold in the egg white mixture.
Grease 8X4 loaf pan and pour in the bread mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Substitution Note- can use 3/4 tsp. backing soda and 3 tsp. baking soda instead of 3 tsp. baking powder.
