Pound (or use food tenderizer) the chicken into flat pieces.
Mix breadcrumbs, parmesan, and serendipity seasoning in a bowl.
Heat skillet and put enough olive oil to coat pan. Add one cube (or a
clove) of fresh garlic.
Dip the pieces in the Italian dressing.
Dip them in the breadcrumb mixture.
Saute until cooked through.
