     Mushroom and Cashew Stuffing

Ingredients
2 medium Onions, chopped
4 stalks celery, diced including leaves
8 Large Mushrooms, sliced
1 1/2 cups Butter
1 Tablespoon Sage
1 1/2 Tablespoon Dried leaf savory
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
12 cups coarse bread crumbs
 
1 to 2 cups chopped Cashews
1 cup hot water

Instructions
Sauté veggies in butter until softened (at least 5 minutes). Add spices to butter. Stir in well.
Place bread cubes in foil pan or roaster. Toss in butter mixture. Add water or broth till nicely moistened. Add cashews. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with turkey dinner.
