     Pizza Crust GF, TEST RECIPE

Ingredients
2 cups Domata Flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
3 TBS olive oil
1 TBS sugar
olive oil for crust
 
water to make desired consistency
dried herbs to make herbed crust
pizza cheese
pizza toppings
pizza sauce

Instructions
Combine all ingredients, roll on floured surface into one 14-16 inch crust. Brush crust lightly with olive oil, or garlic infused olive oil. Par bake in oven at 400 for XX minutes.
Remove from oven, quickly add sauce and toppings. Return to oven, continue baking for XX minutes. If necessary, set oven to broil and watch very carefully to make cheese bubbly and toppings more delicious.
Origin, Domata had an awesome GF pizza crust mix that you only had to add water to. The ingredients were rice flour starch, corn starch, tapioca dextrin, nonfat dry milk, whole egg, sugar, salt, xanathan gum, baking powder, soybean oil, rice extract. The directions were combine 2 cups mix with one cup water for one 14- 16 inch pizza. Add all toppings and bake for about 22 minutes at 400 degrees.
