     Chicken Taco Soup

  Chardonnay or Craft Beer

1 Roasted Chicken or 3 cooked Chicken Breasts shredded
16 oz Chicken Broth (stock)
1 can Sweet Corn-drained
1 can Black Beans - drained
1 can Kidney Beans or Pinto Beans - drained
1 can Dark Kidney Beans - drained
2 cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
1 packet Ranch Dressing
1 packet Taco Mix
(Optional) mild salsa, green salsa, green chilis - to taste
(Optional) 1/4 cup of white wine, or beer

Cook the chicken breasts then shred. If using Roasted chicken, simply shred
Place all ingredients in a Slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or low 4 hours. Also can be cooked in a stock pot on medium low for about 2 hours.
This is a great recipe for mixing things up and adding whatever your taste buds like.
Serving Suggestions
Top with, choice of sour cream, cheddar cheese, taco chips....All of them
