     Spanish Rice

Ingredients
2 cups Minute Rice
1/4 cup oil
8 ounces hunts seasoned tomato sauce for chili
3 cups of water
2 teaspoons of chicken flavored bouillon powder ( or two bouillon cubes)
 

Instructions
Heat oil in large frying pan on medium heat. Add rice and cook until golden brown
Add chicken bouillon to hot water and stir until dissolved
When rice is brown, add water,and hunts tomato sauce
Stir and cover pan. Let simmer for 30-40 minutes or until all is cooked and there is no liquid left. Fluff before serving and ENJOY.
