1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
Pinch of salt
2 cups full-fat or low-fat Greek yogurt
1 cup whole milk
1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries (or 10 ounces fresh raspberries)

Combine the sugar, milk powder, and salt in a mixing bowl. Add the yogurt and milk and whisk until completely incorporated. Fold in the raspberries.
Pour the mixture into the cylinder of an ice cream machine. Process and freeze according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Place in the freezer for 1 hour, then serve; this timing is important to achieve that optimal soft- serve texture and flavor.
