With electric mixer, beat together all ingredients for as long as the cake mix directs.
Pour batter into greased 9 x 13 cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 - 40 minutes, until toothpick inserted into middle of cake
comes out clean.
Frosting-
Add cold milk to remaining package of pudding mix and blend until well combined and it begins
to thicken.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Frost on cake.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
