     Sour Cream Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Butter
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Sour Cream
2 Cups Sifted Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
3 Eggs
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
 
Filling-
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
6 Tbs. Melted Butter
1 Cup Pecans or Walnuts, chopped

Instructions
Cream butter, sugar, sour cream. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift together dry ingredients and add to wet ingredients. Divide dough in half.
Filling- Mix together all ingredients. Divide filling in half.
In 9 x 13 cake pan or bundt pan, place first layer of dough. Spread first layer of filling. Add last half of dough. Spread last half of filling on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 - 50 minutes.
