     Easy and Moist Carrot Cake With Cream Cheese Frost

2 1/4 cups flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp allspice
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup coconut oil (or other oil)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 Tablespoons buttermilk (or milk, or milk alternative)
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups finely grated carrots
1 cup toasted chopped pecans
1 recipe of cream cheese frosting

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a 9 or 10 inch springform pan with cooking spray.
Mix the dry ingredients, add the wet ingredients and beat. Finally fold in the carrots and pecans.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool completely and ice with cream cheese frosting.
