Pat fish dry w paper towels and sprinkle w S&P on both sides. Heat 2 tsp EVO in a 10 inch non stick pan over med-high heat. Add fish and cook 2-3 min or until edges start to brown. Carefully flip fis and cook about 2 min more or until fis is cooked through and flakes easily. Transfer fish to serving plate and drizzle with lemon juice. Keep warm.
