     Broccoli with Asian Garlic Sauce

Ingredients
4 cups broccoli florets
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons sesame oil
2 Tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1 Tablespoon cornstarch
 

Instructions
In a mug combine garlic, soy sauce, broth, and cornstarch with a fork.
Heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Add broccoli florets and cook for about 4 minutes stirring often.
Reduce heat to medium-low. Add garlic sauce. Stir well to coat and cook about 3 minutes more.
