     Fish Tacos

Ingredients
Mango Salsa- 1 1/2 c diced mango
1 sm avocado diced
1/2 c diced red onion
1/4 minced red onion
2 T minced jalapeno pepper (I used 1 T as Bill does not like heat)
1 T minced fresh cilantro
1 T fresh lime juice
Zesty Lime Mayo- 1/3 c light mayo
1T fresh lime juice
 
1/2 tsp lime zest
1/8 tsp chili powder
1/8 tsp ground cummin
Fish- 1 1/2 pounds white fish fillets like cod
2 tsp olive oil
salt and pepper
lime juice
( I used Original fish crisp)

Instructions
Combine ingredients for Mango Salsa and Lime Mayo and cover and refrigerate till serving.
Fry fish using whatever method you like. As previously stated I used fish crisp.
Warm the flour tortillas. Place fish then drizzle with the zesty mayo and top with the mango salsa.
I did also make cole slaw and guacamole for people who might not appreciate the mango salsa. Both ways were delish.
