Ingredients
3 Quarts water
1-1/2 Cup organic sugar
6 tea bags (black or green tea)
 

Instructions
Bring 3 quarts of water to a boil. Turn heat off, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Add tea bags and let steep for 10 minutes.
Remove tea bags and let mixture cool. Add to the gallon and 1/2 container.
Fill container most of the way full with cold water (to help cool mixture). Add Kambucha scoby and liquid to container.
Place rag over container so it is sealed. Allow this to sit for 7-14 days. Place it in a dark place that will remain around 70 degrees. Bring down after desired time, add flavoring (fruit, ginger, etc.) to 16oz kambucha bottles and fill bottles with kambucha. Allow this to sit for 3- 4 days, cracking the lids each day to control carbonation. Place in fridge and drink up!
