Cover baking sheet with aluminum foil; place
zucchini slices in rows on baking sheet.
Saute green onion and garlic in vegetable oil over
medium heat - about 3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce and season with oregano and basil
Top each zucchini slice with tomato sauce, black
olives, pepperonis, and cheese.
Broil in oven until cheese melts and zucchini is
crisp - about 3-5 minutes.
