     Steak Marinara

Marinara sauce of choice
Leftover steak, thickly sliced
Vegetable of choice (we used raw spinach and basil).
Parmesan cheese, grated
Mozzarella, shredded

Heat oven to broil. Cook the vegetables first if they are hearty.
Pour half a jar of marinara sauce into an oven proof pan. Heat on medium heat to warm up and thicken the sauce. Add steak and warm up the steak gently in the sauce. Add more sauce if desired. When the steak is slightly heated, added vegetables, then Parmesan and mozzarella cheese.
Place pan under the broiler until the cheese has melted and browned.
Serve immediately with warm crusted garlic bread. Optional- Add chili flakes to sauce for heat.
