Make spice mixture by mixing Worcestershire, olive oil, garlic and onion powders, salt and pepper together. (I use Trader Joe's garlic salt and lemon pepper).

Add spice mixture to the ground chuck. Massage mixture into meat (gently). Create 6 tennis sized balls. Compress meat with thumbs to create patties. Take a pinch of meat out of center of each patty. Reserve meat

|
Add a cube of butter to each patty. Replace removed meat back to each patty. Fully cover butter. Grill patties on high heat 6 minutes on first side, 4-5 minutes on 2nd side.

Let meat rest for 5 minutes. Serve.
