     Laureen's Crumb Cake

Ingredients
Batter:
2C Bisquick
3/4 C granulated sugar
1/2 C to 1 C milk (start with 1/2 and add more if needed)
1 beaten egg
1 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp vegetable oil
Topping:
1 C flour
 
1 C granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
3 Tbsp vegetable oil (you may need more, but start with 3)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 13x9x2 pan.
Mix ingredients for batter together by hand (do not use electric mixer) for about 50 strokes. Some lumps are OK. Pour into pan.
Mix dry ingredients for topping together. Slowly add oil and mix with a fork or your hands until crumbly and not powdery. Add more oil if needed to get desired texture. Sprinkle over batter.
Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
