Chilean Sea Bass - Costco thawed

Heat oven to 450 F. Spray baking pan with olive oil or cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides of the sea bass fillets with kosher salt or sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Bake at 450 F for about 12 to 15 minutes. The time depends on thickness of the fish, which can vary. (this one we had in Orange County)
Second method- Dry the fish thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Sear the fillets for about 3 minutes on each side, turning once, until you get a crispy golden crust on each side. Transfer the pan to the hot oven 425 F, roasting the Sea Bass for about 5 minutes until it is just cooked through.
