     mexican rice casserole

Ingredients
3 1/2 c cooked brown rice
17 oz can cream-style corn
15 oz can black beans or 3/4 c cooked dried beans
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 c green onions chopped
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
1/4 c nutritional yeast flakes
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Place rice in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients. Put in casserole dish and bake covered for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes
