1 c almond milk
2 tbs ground flax seeds
1/2 c melted coconut oil
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c almond flour
1 c date/coconut sugar
1/3 c carob powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt

preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x8 baking pan and set aside. Combine wet - ground flax seeds in a medium bowl. Sit for 5 minutes
In a large bowl, mix remaining dry. Stir wet with dry. Scoop batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
