     carob brownies or brownie bites

1 c almond milk
2 tbs ground flax seeds
1/2 c melted coconut oil
3 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c oat flour
1/2 c almond flour
1 c date/coconut sugar
1/3 c carob powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp pink himalayan sea salt

preheat oven to 350F. Prepare a 8x8 baking pan or mini muffin pan and set aside. Combine wet - ground flax seeds in a medium bowl. Sit for 5 minutes
In a large bowl, mix remaining dry. Stir wet with dry. Scoop batter into prepared pan and bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean or 14 minutes for brownie bites.
