Place a metal mixing bowl and metal loaf pan in
the freezer for 15-20 minutes.

|
Whisk together milk and vanilla in metal bowl.
Seperately beat cream with a mixer approx. 2
minutes.
Alternatively, shake cream in a tightly closed
glass quart mason jar 10-15 minutes or until it
is the consistency of whipped cream.

|
Fold the whipped cream into the milk one half at a time. Pour mixture
into loaf pan, and cover with plastic
wrap, with wrap touching the surface.
|
|
|
Freeze approx.5 hours. Stir in any additional
ingredients after 2 hours.

Thinly slice strawberries /raspberries into a bowl and sprinkle each layer generously with white sugar. Cover and refrigerate overnight..
