1 1/2 package (12 oz) cream cheese, cut into cubes
1 1/2 c. salsa
2 cans (4.5 oz) chopped green chiles
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
fresh toppings, as desired
Cook beef over medium-high heat 5-7 minutes, stirring
occasionally, until thoroughly cooked and drained. Sprinkle taco
seasoning mix, stir.
In a four qt saucepan heat cream cheese and salsa over medium
heat, stirring occasionally, 4-5 minutes or until mixture is lump-
free. Stir in chiles, cheese, and beef, continuing cooking ~ 5
minutes, until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
