1/2 c. (1/4 in thick) sliced zucchini (about 2 small)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl. Place milk in shallow
bowl. Dip zucchini slices first in milk, then dredge in breadcrumb
mixture. Place slices on oven proof wire rack coated with cooking
spray.
Bake at 425 degrees for 30 minutes.
