     Crockpot Spinach & Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
3/4 c. half and half
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (10 oz) bag frozen chopped spinach
1 (13 oz) artichoke hearts
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
2/3 c. monterey jack cheese
 

Instructions
Combine cream cheese and half-and-half until well blended. Add all ingredients except monterey jack and stir well.
Pour mixture into crockpot and cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. Top with monterey jack cheese and serve.
