2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
|
|
3/4 c. half and half
|
|
1 Tbsp onion, finely chopped
|

1 garlic clove, minced
|
|
1 (10 oz) bag frozen chopped spinach

1 (13 oz) artichoke hearts
|
|
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
|
|
2/3 c. monterey jack cheese
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Combine cream cheese and half-and-half until well blended. Add
all ingredients except monterey jack and stir well.
|
|
|
Pour mixture into crockpot and cook on high for 1 1/2 - 2 hours.
Top with monterey jack cheese and serve.
