1.cut meat. wash & drain. boil eggs
2.slice onion
3.oil large black pot. put 5 TBS brown sugar &
carmelize sugar.When just starting, take to
sink and add meat. Stir
4. pour in onions, fish sauce, and oyster
sauce. stir, put lid and let simmer on medium.
5. when mest half cooked, add pineapple &
eggs.put lid,let simmer low/med approx 2hrs.
stirring occasionally.
6.should thicken, if starting to look too dry
towards end, add around 1/4 cup water & (if too
sweet from pineapple) add a little shake of
oyster and fish sauce.
7. approx 1.5-2hrs to cook. set timer and stir
every 15mins
