Ingredients
ribs (try 1.5lbs)
5-7 garlic with skin
sugar 4TBS
black pepper
fish sauce 3TBS
maggi (5 shakes)
 

Instructions
1.sautee crushed garlic 5-7 pieces with skin 2. cook ribs, cover with lid 3. add fish sauce, maggi, sugar, black pepper. put lid and cook more 4. when almost done, take lid off and carmelize to golden brown.
