1/2 c creamy JIF
|
|
3/4 c Crisco shortening
|
|
1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
|
|
1/2 c sugar
|
|
1 egg
|
|
1 tsp vanilla
|
|
1-1/4 c flour
|
|
1/2 tsp baking soda
|
|
1/4 tsp salt
|
|

1 pkg mini peanut butter cups
|

|
|
|
|

|
|

Instructions |

|
Heat oven to 375.F. Beat peanut butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla until creamy.
|
|
|
Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to creamed mixture; blend well
|
|
|
Fold in pb cups. Using medium scoop, drop dough 2 inches apart onto flat baking stone.
|
|
|
Bake 10-15 minutes. Cool 2 minutes on stone then remove to cooling rack.
