Shape beef into patties and place on foil.
|
|
|
|
Slice potatoes 1/2-in thick and top patties with 2
to 3 potato slices. Add slice of onion and season
to taste.

|
|
Wrap tightly inside foil and place in pan. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
|
|
|
|
Tip- Seasoned beef patties with 1 tsp seasoned
salt.
