Boil cocoa, marg, water, oil. In a bowl combine sugar, flour,
salt, and soda, add cocoa mixture. Add vanilla, buttermilk,
and eggs. Bake in 12x15 pan approx 30 min. For frosting,
bring cocoa, marg, and buttermilk. Add Powd. sugar, and
vanilla, beat until smooth.
