Add enough milk to mix. Let come to boil in pot.
Measure 1 Tbsp cornstarch and blend hot mixture with
cornstarch. Put back on stove and boil hard for 3
minutes. Beat hard and pour on greased plate. Vanilla
and nuts may be added if desired.
