Ingredients
12 Cup(3L) Casserole Dish
2 1/2 Lb(1.2kg) smoked ham Cooked
2 Tbsp(30ml) Maple Syrup
4-5 Pineapple rings
2 Stalks celery sliced
1/2 cup(125ml) crushed pineapple
1 1/2 cups(375ml) chicken stalk hot
1 tbsp(15ml) white vinegar
1 tbsp(15ml) cornstarch
 
3 tbsp(45ml) cold water
whole cloves
pepper

Instructions
place ham in casserole and baste with maple syrup. Secure pineapple rings on ham by strudding with whole cloves. Microwave 10 minutes uncovered. Remove ham from casserole and set aside. Add celery,pineapple,chicken stock and vinegar to casserole. Pepper and mix well. Do not add salt. Microwave for 4 minutes uncovered. Mix cornstarch with water,incorporate into sauce and microwave 1 minute uncovered. Slice ham and serve with sauce.
