Ingredients
2 c brown jasmine rice
2 tbs oil
1/4 c chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
3 tbs tomato paste and 1/2 c water
2 c water plus 1 vegetable bouillon
1/2 tsp pink himalayan sea salt
 

Instructions
In a medium pan over medium heat, add oil, once it is heated, add onion, garlic, cumin and cook for 2 minutes stirring. Stir in the rice and saute for about 4 minutes. Add tomato paste, water, and stir to coat. Add vegetable broth and salt.
