     Snickerdoodle Cake

Ingredients
2 tsps ground cinnamon
1 cup white sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 cup butter (room temp)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup light brown sugar
 
3 eggs (room temp)
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup full fat sour cream (room temp)

Instructions
In a small bowl combine 1 cup of sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Mix together well and set aside. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray bundt pan with Bakers Joy or Pam w/flour, including tube.
Dust entire inside of pan with cinnamon sugar mixture. Save remaining cinnamon sugar for later. Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
Beat the butter on medium speed for 1 full minute. Add white sugar beat for 3 minutes. Add brown sugar beat for 2 minutes Add eggs one at a time. Beating each for 1 full minute. Stir in vanilla.
Add flour mixture alternately with sour cream. Beat well. Spread 1/2 the batter in pan, sprinkle remaining cinnamon sugar mixture over batter. Add remaining batter. Bake for 55 to 65 minutes Cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto wire rack.
