Grease muffin pans or use paper cups.
Combine flour, baking powder and soda, set aside.
Beat butter for 30 sec with electric mixer.
Add sugar and vanilla. Beat well.
Add eggs or egg whites, one at a time.
Add flour mixture and milk alternately to beaten mixture on low speed just until combined.
Fill cups with batter
350 oven 20-25 mns
Cool thoroughly
Frost Penuche for white cake
Butter Frosting for Yellow cake
