     Cupcake Recipe Gingerbread

1-1/2 cups flour - all purpose
3/4 tsp cinnamon
3/4 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup brown sugar - packed
1 egg
1/2 cup light molasses
1/2 cup water
Sweetened Whipped Cream
1/2 cup whipping ream
1 TBSP powdered sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla

Grease muffin pan or use paper cups OR oven safe mugs - grease bottom and sides. Combine flour, spices, baking soda and b. powder. Beat butter for 30 sec. Add brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Add egg and molasses. Beat 1 mn. Add flour and water alternately to egg mixture, beating on low speed.
Fill muffin cups half full, fill mugs 2/3 full. 350 oven 25-30mns
Beat whip cream on low speed until soft peak forms. Makes 1 cup.
