Combine apple juice, apple cider, white sugar, brown sugar, and cinnamon sticks in a lg pot. Bring almost to a boil. Cover with lid lower heat and simmer for about 1 hour. Remove from heat and cool completely over night and strain through cheese cloth to remove sediment from cinnamon sticks.
