     Sous Vide Short Ribs

8 Short Ribs (any weight)
McCormick Grill Mates Smoky Ranchero Marinade
Provolone cheese slices

Follow the directions on the McCormick seasoning mix. Split marinade in half in two one gallon size Ziploc bags. Add the short ribs equally to each bag. Sous vide at 159 degrees for 12 hrs. Remove the short ribs but save the juice from the Ziploc bag.
In a cast iron skillet on medium to medium high heat, caramelize the short ribs. Let cool. Remove the meat from the bone and thinly slice the meat. Grill the bread, melt the cheese on the bread, pile the bread with meat. Serve with a side of meat juice as au jus.
