Ingredients
1 Can(370ml) Carnation regular 2% or fat free evaporated milk
1 1/4 cups(300ml) hot coffee
1/2 cup(125ml) white chocolate, chopped
1/4 tsp(1ml) mint extract
whipped cream topping optional
 
Instructions
Place ingredients in blender. Process until smooth. Serve hot. Top with whipped cream and cocoa powder if desired.
