     Bisquick German Pancakes with Cinnamon Apples

Ingredients
1 cup milk
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 medium apples, peeled and cut into 1/4 in. pieces
6 tablespoons butter
 
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions
Heat oven to 400. Spray 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray. In medium bowl, stir milk, granulated sugar, vanilla, and eggs with whisk until smooth. Add Bisquick and melted butter; stir until smooth. Pour into baking dish. Bake 15-17 minutes or until puffy and golden on top.
Meanwhile, in medium microwavable bowl, stir together apples, 6 Tbs. butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Microwave uncovered on high 3-5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time, until apples are soft. Cover to keep warm.
Cool pancakes 1 minute;cut into 6-8 pieces and top with warm cinnamon apples.
Serving Suggestions
You may omit cinnamon apples and serve with syrup instead.
