     jerk kidney beans

Ingredients
1 tbs coconut oil
1 large yellow sliced onion
2 tbs jerk sauce
1-14.5 oz no salt diced tomatoes with juice
3/4 c cooked dry red kidney beans
12 oz of marinara sauce
pink himalayan sea salt to taste
 

Instructions
Add coconut oil to medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Once melts, add onion, cook for 5 minutes. Stir in jerk sauce, cook for 1 minute. Add diced tomatoes with juice, beans, and marinara sauce. Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and serve over brown rice or pasta.
