     Cordon Blue Cassarole

4 Cups Cubed Cooked Chicken-Saute in oil and Paprika
3 Cups Cubed Cooked Ham
1 Cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
1 Cup of Chopped Onion
1/4 Cup Butter
1/3 Cup of Flour
2 Cups of 1/2 & 1/2
1/8 tsp ground Mustard
1/8 tsp nutmeg
2 Sleeves butter crackers (crushed)
1 Stick of Butter

Mix up Chicken, Cheese and Ham Then in pan Saute' onions in butter add Flour mix up gradually add cream, keep stirring bring to a boil 1 minute until thick. Add Mustard and nutmeg mix up pore over meat and cheese dump into greased casserole Put crumbs on top.
Topping is 1 stick of butter melted and 2 sleeves of crackers crushed. Mix together
Cook at 350 for 1/2 hour
