|
Add chicken, salsa verde,chicken broth and spices to crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Shred chicken.
Add remaining ingredients (Beans and cream) and stir.

Cook on high in crock pot for one hour and switch to warm until ready to serve.
|
|
|
Adaptations from original- I used veggie stock instead of chicken stock, 24 oz jar of medium salsa verde instead of 16 mild jar and 2 cans cannellini beans instead of 3.
