     Chicken Chili

3-4 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breast
3 cups chicken broth (add more if too thick)
1 16 oz jar salsa verde
2 pkgs McCormicks White Chicken Chili Seasoning
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp garlic powder
-2-3 cans of while cannellini beans with liquid
1 cup heavy cream (optional)

Add chicken, salsa verde,chicken broth and spices to crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours. Shred chicken. Add remaining ingredients (Beans and cream) and stir.
Cook on high in crock pot for one hour and switch to warm until ready to serve.
Adaptations from original- I used veggie stock instead of chicken stock, 24 oz jar of medium salsa verde instead of 16 mild jar and 2 cans cannellini beans instead of 3.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with Tortilla Chips or Bread
